Class fee includes the pattern, foundation paper, scraps for flowers, leaf and grass fabrics. Your choice of background, borders and backing sold separately. Tulips can be made longer or shorter with multiple borders. Make a table runner, over the door hanging, wallhanging, banner or door decoration!
